In 1941 President Eisenhower and he performed thereafter, for nearly 23 years. during the Warren Court Stewart disagreed with the court on many issues where most remain law. Miranda v Arizona /and the recently reversed roe v wade but wrote many criminal decisions such as Katz v United States and Chimel v California both 4th Amendment cases.
