Justice Clarence Thomas #108 autographs an undated matted photograph of himself in his robes. A caricature of Justice Thomas by Scot Adams/ “Delbert” is included. Thomas was a direct descendant of slaves. There is a photograph taken at the justice’s swearing in showing the Justice and his wife giving and receiving a congratulatory kiss.

There is also included on the board an autograph and photo of Professor Anita Hill who after Justice Thomas nomination had been finished, she asserted sexual improprieties committed by Thomas.  The hearing was reopened.

The future Justice was again questioned reference these new allegations. When Thomas was finally approved. On October 16 ,1991, Thomas was narrowly approved by a margin of a scant 4 votes. Today he sits on the right hand of the Chief Justice. After the passing of Antonin Scalia, he seems a most active dissenter.
