On January 6, 1943, on Supreme Court stationary Felix Frankfurter #78 (1882-1965) writes a chambers card to F. J. O’Connor, wherein Justice Frankfurter responds, “My dear Judge O’Connor, and I cordially reciprocate your good wishes.” The chambers card was dated January 1943.
