On January 6,1943, on supreme court stationary Felix frankfurter #78 (1882-1965) writes a chambers card to F. J. l. O’Connor, wherein Justice Frankfurter responds, “my dear judge O’Connor, and I cordially reciprocate your good wishes.” The chambers card was dated January 1943.
