The 13th Chief Justice Frederick Vinson #85 (1890-1953).  The chief autographs a check from the Louisa national bank dated April 23,1921 check number 314 as an attorney at law in Kentucky. The board includes a photograph of the chief justice being sworn in; his wife Julia is standing directly behind him. There are two photographs showing the Chief justice in an overcoat and hat in one he is alone in another he is shown with associate justice Byrnes.
