While waiting some justices appear to be conversing between themselves. Old classmates chief William Rehnquist #100 and Sandra day O’Connor #102 and former number 1 and 2 at Stanford are here seen conversing while justice Stevens #101 and justice Souter #105 /seem to be doing the same thing. The other two justices in the photograph justice Scalia (first Italian justice) and justice Marshall (first black justice seem content to wait.)
