James c. McReynolds #66 autographs a chambers card from the supreme court and dates it 1940, over 80 years ago. THIS CANTANKEROUS Justice ALSO DISPLAYS 3 OTHER PHOTOGRAPHS TWO OF WHICH ARE IN HIS CHAMBERS. THE third photograph shows him assisting a 90-year-old justice Oliver Wendell Holmes, jr. from the justice exit at the supreme court building. There is also a small photograph of justice Holmes who had kind words to say of McReynolds upon his death. (it should be noted McReynolds wept at fanny Holmes funeral.)
