The following is a co-signors board depicting Justices John Paul Stevens #101 (1920-2019), David Souter #105 (1939- ) and Ruth Bader Ginsburg #107 (1933-2020). These three Justices served the United States Supreme Court and our country for a total aggregate time of 81 years on the court. Only retired Justice Souter remains with the living.

The board presents a print of the United States Supreme Court building bearing all three of autographs of the Courts members. Noted above. there are photographs of all three Justices on the board.

He board presents sentiments reference the death penalty which found its way back into our system. All Justices have a vocal interpretation to the eye for an eye doctrine.

The motto found on the pediment of the Supreme Court building expresses a general opinion which has never been universal in application and expresses our hope:
