The best way of verifying these signatures as to when they were affixed is to narrow the field. The signors are as follows:

Byron White: #93 nominating President Kennedy: April 1962. Service through 1993. Died 2002.

Thurgood Marshall: #96 nominating President Johnson: October 1967 service through 1991. Died 1993.

Harry Blackmun: # 98 nominating President Nixon June 1970 service through 1994 died 1999.

Pamphlets of this nature do not show inactive Justices. The most likely year of publication was 1991. Research is ongoing.

All three justices have perished.
